Non-Personal Information

That information is retained, processed and communicated in accordance with HIPAA.  We do not share Protected Health Information of Users with nonaffiliated third parties unless doing so is appropriate to carry out a User’s request or we reasonably believe that doing so is legally required, facilitates our operations or is in our interest to protect our property or other legal rights or the rights or property of others, in any case only as permitted by law.

All matters relating to our Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Bangkok and of the Kingdom of Thailand.
