CEO Highlight: Jean-Marc Griscelli.
At HealthCase, we’re led by those who are dedicated to making a difference in people’s live all over the world. One of those leaders is none other than President & CEO of HealthCase, Jean-Marc Griscelli.
Jean-Marc comes from over 25 years of international services experience with global and multinational companies. He’s a humanist who is committed to creating a better health care global experience for everyone. His specialties are health care and medical assistance, insurance (including travel insurance), international customer service operations – business processing outsourcing, and offshoring – express air freight.
Throughout his career, he has either created or led start-up companies, growing and heading innovation along the way. Jean-Marc took his skills around the world and spread his expertise throughout Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and in the US.
Jean-Marc started out studying law at Université de Rouen. He also studied International Commerce at Grenoble Ecole de Management before starting his career at DHL Worldwide Express Group. He transitioned to a management role at Mondial Assistance before ultimately becoming Technical Assistance Operations’ Site Director for France.
He became Regional President, Asia-Pacific of the April Group—an international insurance services group—in 2012.
His leadership skills gained at different levels throughout his journey have made quite the impact at HealthCase. We are a diverse, multi-cultural community, and Jean-Marc’s experience managing large multi-cultural and multi-location teams has been vital.
He was most recently CEO of the Americas and Australia for Falck Global Assistance, one of the world’s oldest global assistance companies, before joining HealthCase.
